Héctor P. Torres is the president and founder of Hispanic International Ministries.  He is a member of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders (ACPE) and is the Latin American Coordinator for the International Prayer Council. He presides over the Latin American Council of Prayer (CLAMOR). Torres is also a member of the International Fellowship of Transformational Partners (IFTP). He received his Doctor of Philosophy in International Christian Relations from Vision International University in California. He is the author of several best seller books in Latin America including Derribemos fortalezas [Pulling Down Strongholds], Liderazgo: ministerio y batalla [Leadership: Ministry and Battle] and Comunidades transformadas con oración [Communities Transformed by Prayer].
